“Since the day I graduated law school, I wanted to be known for two things – breaking the lawyer stereotypes by doing things differently and being great at what I do. There are thousands of lawyers, from large international firms to the solo practitioner which makes the market for legal services very competitive. But at the end of the day what counts are the relationships you create with the people who put their trust in your skill and ability.
The key to successful representation of a business or real estate client is to understand what makes the client successful and then exceed their expectations by adding to their success through sound legal advice. I never make the mistake of believing that I can get those results alone. Representing a client is a team effort and that’s why our firm is so proud of the partners, associates and staff that make up our group. We strive for a level playing field among all job classifications … we don’t dwell on ranks or levels of authority because everyone contributes in an important way.
Each member of our firm plays a role and is equally appreciated and equally heeded. From your first visit, you will recognize that chemistry among our employees, and you will feel more comfortable and at ease about your decision to choose us as your lawyers. I know that you will have great trust in us when you see how much we trust each other.”

Adam Klauber is the founder and managing partner of Klauber Goldman, P.A. He was born in Brooklyn, New York and has lived in South Florida since 1974. He focuses his practice on the areas of business, real estate, mortgage law, leases, contracts, insurance, and commercial litigation. Navigating the legalities of business and real estate is an art that requires precise attention to detail and an unrelenting eye for the unexpected. Adam has represented a wide variety of clients of all sizes in various business and real estate transactions focusing on protecting them from future litigation by making sure that everything is done right the first time. He serves as closing agent on commercial and residential real estate transactions, and as legal counsel on business transactions involving the sale and purchase of businesses and business assets, the set-up and classification of new corporate entities, and the creation and fine-tuning of shareholder agreements for new and existing corporations. Adam understands that his clients are expecting to create value through his services and he delivers on that expectation.
Adam earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University in 1997, after receiving a Finance degree from the University of Florida. He began his career as an Assistant Attorney General and moved into private practice in 1999. He has been a member of the Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida since 1997 and he is currently a member of the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar. He is also a Level I member of Attorneys’ Title Fund Services, LLC, and issues title insurance on residential and commercial real estate through Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.
In addition to maintaining a thriving law practice, Adam works tirelessly to support the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, a non-profit, donor-supported organization dedicated to developing the means to control and cure cystic fibrosis. Adam’s son, Max, was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis, which is a life-threatening respiratory disease that affects an estimated 1000 new patients each year – most of whom are pre-school age children. He constantly speaks at events sponsored by the Foundation to share his personal experience, help raise awareness about CF and to motivate others to volunteer their time to help raise funds for the research that will ultimately lead to a cure for the disease. He has chaired the Great Strides Walk, which is an annual event in Ft. Lauderdale that raises money for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. These walks, which are held throughout the country, raise hundreds of millions of dollars to support the Foundation’s research efforts.
Adam has always supported his community by coaching youth sports, recognizing that coaches are among the most influential adults in the lives of young people. In 2014, Adam founded the Team Swoop Youth Basketball Academy which is a charitable, travel basketball organization. Adam had the vision to re-imagine competitive youth basketball as a means to providing life-altering opportunities and role models where they do not otherwise exist. The organization focuses on empowering at-risk adolescents to become agents of change for themselves and their communities. They have built a strong brand, a program nationally ranked in the top 10 and a reputation in the community for changing the lives of young people. Adam also helped co-author a book about how the organization began. It’s called The Golden Child and you can find a copy at http://teamswoop.net/the-golden-child/.

“Great communication is the key to a long-lasting, successful attorney-client relationship. Providing proper verbal and written communications is a skill that I have worked diligently to develop since I began my career in 1998. I keep my clients informed and aware, so they can participate and contribute to everything I do for them. As a litigator, I deal with a lot of information from other lawyers, experts, witnesses, courts and my clients. It takes great effort to manage all of it and I have an elite team that keeps that information accessible to me and helps me develop and constantly improve the methods we use to be sure that our clients never wait too long when they need me.”

“The most important skills that I incorporate while practicing law are compassion and empathy. Clients retain a lawyer to advise them in the toughest of times. In every case, I try to put myself into their shoes so that I can see matters from their point of view, understand what they are seeking from the matter at hand, and provide them with a result that is both satisfying and cost effective.”
